Children play an important role in the development of our society and culture, where ever they are in the world. A family is incomplete without children and their laughter; it is our duty to provide children all the support they need to grow up in their life. Children with special needs require special attention in their life. Although family provides a major support for children with special needs, they also require support from professionals who are well trained to support children overcome their difficulties or barriers as they progress in their life.
Autism is a health condition which needs lifelong support since there is no permanent cure for the health disorder, the only solution to support the children with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) is to train them overcome their daily hurdles and only a professional therapist can provide that support.
Occupational therapy, Physiotherapy, and Speech therapy can help children with health disorders and speech issues to cope up with their life or walk the main stream of their life. An Occupational therapist and a Physiotherapist can provide all the training and support for a child with ASD to cope up with the difficulties in their daily activities, they can guide both parents and the child of possible future hurdles they might face in their life and different techniques they can use to overcome those hurdles.
We started our own community to support parents whose children are facing health disorder, provide a place on the internet for parents to share their experience with others in the community and also a medium to communicate with therapists regarding various problems that your children are facing in their everyday life.
Forums are places where parents can communicate with each other, share their experience and also seek support from different therapists, forum community is a place where you can find solutions to your problems instantaneously by discovering questions which are already answered by therapists or you can ask your own question which will be answered by a community member or a therapist.
